(Translated by Google) I just wanted to thank the brand for their service regarding the problem I had with a divan bed I bought in Rivas, and also the staff at Bedlan Rivas. The divan bed frame's slats came loose, and when they did, they slightly damaged the bed's structure (only cosmetic damage). I contacted them to ask them to fix the slats since I couldn't manage it myself and they kept coming loose. They ended up replacing the entire bed. That's what I call customer service. Congratulations! Enhorabuena.
