We've been customers of the brand's mattresses and divan beds for almost 10 years now—four mattresses and four divan beds—and we're extremely happy with the results. We were thinking of replacing our entire bed with one that had an electric, adjustable divan base. Silvia gave us all the measurements for the set, and we realized it was a bit too small. Also, mattresses for adjustable beds are different, and we wanted a firmer one. So, after trying out mattresses with Silvia, who gave all sorts of explanations and recommendations, we decided on the ML700. She told us, "It's a bit of a radical change for people coming from the ML400, but you have a month to try it and exchange it if you don't adapt." It's June 20th now, and we've certainly adapted and made the right choice. Thank you so much, Silvia, for all your advice, explanations, and recommendations. We're sleeping and resting like royalty.
