(Translated by Google) 5 stars as a professional. She explained everything to me, and I learned a lot about mattresses and bed frames (which we don't usually pay much attention to). 5 stars as a person. Her kindness and professionalism led me to choose this store. And 5 stars for the sales experience; she was very attentive to everything, and her role was to advise and explain. My role was to buy (it's so nice when they're not just trying to sell you something. It's not the same to say 'I bought' as 'I was sold to.' I can say that I bought something, and Merche helped me choose). Thank you, and once I've used the product for a while, I hope to give it a 5 star (which is what matters most to me).
