Loja de colchões Bed's Valencia Pedro

(Translated by Google) Good afternoon, I posted a review giving this store a low rating, but I have to say they resolved my problem. It was a mattress that had expired after two years of warranty, and a bulge had popped out on one side. They notified the manufacturer, which was part of the Pikolin group, and they came to my house. The gentleman who came called me the next day to say they would replace the mattress. They wouldn't replace it with the same one anymore, so they replaced it with a better quality one. I want to thank Beds stores and the Pikolin group; they acted like true professionals. I will continue to trust them because, above all, they respond when there's a problem. Thank you very much.
