She didn't seem to have any other goal than making a sale. Far from it, she took the time to explain the product I was interested in very well, detailing the different qualities, compositions, and suitability for my intended use. Smiling and with a very affable nature, she had all the time and patience she needed to help me and ensure I left with my purchase, very satisfied and fully aware of what I was buying. I am very grateful for her attention and excellent service. This will undoubtedly be my go-to store for the products they sell, including mattresses, bed bases, pillows, and bedding. I will also recommend the business.

We had already been to three stores, and after trying everything they had in the shop, thanks to Angeles' excellent explanations, her kindness, her professionalism, and the positive energy and calm she conveyed, we left with a new mattress that she delivered to our home in record time. Thank you so much! 20/10 service doesn't even begin to cover it. If you need a mattress, Angeles is your salesperson (sincere and straightforward), unlike others who are just blowhards and rehearse a script.
