(Translated by Google) A few days ago, I contacted the "BED'S" post office on Peña y Goñi Street in San Sebastián. I needed to replace the floor support pieces for the legs of a trundle bed. They called me shortly after to let me know my inquiry had been approved and that the replacement parts would arrive soon. And they did! The bed is complete again thanks to the promptness of the person who helped me. It's wonderful service! I seriously doubt I would have been able to resolve the issue if I had bought the bed online. That's the difference. And what can I say about the friendliness and kindness with which they treated me... Absolutely fantastic! Thank you. Gracias.
