(Translated by Google) I visited the store last week with my mother, as I wanted to replace my mattress due to back pain. Sara Gracia helped us; she was incredibly helpful and kind, guiding us through the entire process. She provided detailed advice and information about the options and recommended the best mattress for me. She also explained how to care for and maintain the mattress, and although we're still waiting for it to arrive, she assured us there wouldn't be any problems despite it not being a standard size. It was a pleasure to receive such excellent service, and we were delighted. I'll comment again on how I sleep on the mattress once I've tried it at home. As promised, I'm writing another review now that I've had the mattress at home for a while. The delivery went smoothly. They called me in advance and delivered it quickly, taking away the bed base (since we also replaced that) and the old mattress. The mattress is very comfortable, and after a few days, I noticed a significant improvement in my back pain and am sleeping much better. A very high-quality product. Thank you very much. Muchas gracias.
